VTX VTM – Venturi Hopper Loader

Overview

The VTX and VTM hopper loaders are based on the Venturi principle. They are provided with a Venturi suction probe which conveys the product to a cyclone filter. These loaders are compact and ideal for conveying material such as masterbatch or additives to granules that have not yet been dehumidified.
They are managed by remote control. The discharge air filter can be easily removed. Infrared level control is provided.

Single – Phase Hopper Loader

Overview

The single-phase hopper loaders have been specifically designed for the transport of plastic granules by vacuum. Entirely made of stainless steel, they are equipped with a large and highly visible signalling lamp and a solid, sturdy diecast aluminium fixing flange.
They come with fabric filters and automatic cleaning as standard; they are an effective solution to the short-distance transport of materials in the form of granules.



Three – Phase Vacuum Units / VS – Three-Phase Vacuum Units

Overview

The V S series vacuum units are available in a range of seven different sizes, able to meet any production need. They have been designed according to a modular principle so that every model can be equipped further with a cyclone filter, by-pass valve and/or DUO valve. These units with a Master 200 control system can also manage a ratio valve and a line cleaning valve for conveying up to a distance of 200 m.



Three – Phase Vacuum Units / QUAD System

Overview

The QUAD series improves the range of the reliable three-phase hopper loaders with a special design realized for dosing systems. QUAD can manage up to 4 three-phase hopper loaders with the possibility to use the ratio valve and the pipe cleaning valve. QUAD is very simple to use thanks to a touch screen with object-oriented programming that makes it very intuitive. The special design is particularly suitable for dosing systems up to four materials, centralizing the information in a single point.



Suction Units with Side Channels VTS

Overview

These machines are ideally suited for medium-distance feeding of plastic granules. Their excellent performance is highlighted by the large quantity of material that can be handled.



VTN Mink – Suction Units / VTN MINK

Overview

Mink is a rotary claw-type, positive displacement, oil-free dry pump designed for either pressure or vacuum applications. Mink is available as a single-stage or two-stage vacuum pump. Vacuum or pressure is produced by two non-contacting rotors in an oil-free pumping chamber.
The dry oil-free non-contacting design makes the Mink ideal for pneumatic conveying and for any application where dust particles may be present. The parts – subject to wear – are separated from the pumping chamber, prolonging the life of the pump and ensuring that the pump can function for a long period of time with minimum maintenance.

VTK CARR – Three-Phase Vacuum Units / VTK

Overview

The VTK vacuum units are suitable for demanding, heavy-duty work, over long distances and involving large quantities. They are extremely high-performance units, all equipped with a safety valve. As the units have been designed with a belt drive system, more powerful motors can be fitted - if required - also enabling energy recovery. The VTKs offer high efficiency and a constant performance.

Hot dusty air can be treated without affecting the efficiency of the pumps. The noise level is below 85 dB (A). The VTK units can be equipped with an sound proofing. This makes sense when the units are installed in a production department, as the noise level is then reduced to 74 dB (A)


C - Three–Phase Hopper Units

Overview

The three-phase containers are the most reliable solution for conveying plastic granules, and are particularly suitable for moving large quantities of material. Provided with side channel blowers, they offer high long-term performance. In order to handle any type of application, a wide range of models has been developed to meet even the most demanding requirements. 9 different sizes of containers, made entirely of stainless material. A wide range of filters to satisfy any particular requirement is available as standard. The discharge valve is equipped with gasket. Fabric filter and load failure alarm as standard make these machines particularly efficient. Master 200 caters for even the most unusual applications, making the range complete.



Receivers & Containers LARGE for Powder and Flakes

Overview

The receivers of the LARGE series are designed to convey large quantity of plastic material. Different solutions can treat flakes, powders or, with special systems, also talc or calcium carbonate (CA CO3 ). The double eye-lid discharge valve of 230 mm is the main feature of this project: the receivers discharge increase the productivity in only three seconds.



FC – Cyclone Filters

Overview

The FC series cyclone filters are a very effective solution to filtering problems in conveying plants. By using a cyclone effect, all the dust particles are centrifuged and separated, thus increasing the service life of the two-micron capacity cellulose filters. A by-pass valve, automatic filter, cleaning by implosion and a storage container for the filtered dust are the main features of this equipment. FC is available in six sizes for all applications. Conveying of large quantities of plastic materials or regrind with a high dust content requires very effective filtering systems.
In this case, FC filters are the ideal solution, with 6 different filter sizes available to cover the whole range of suction units. Provided with high capacity cellulose filtering cartridge or fabric sleeve filter system; both solutions feature automatic compressed air filter cleaning device and DUO valve to feed 2 machines.



Manifold / DLF Dolphin – Automatic Manifold

Overview

DOLPHIN is an automatic manifold specifically created for material-machine allocation in plastics conveying plants. Each arm is independent and managed by a pneumatic cylinder, thus ensuring a very efficient easy-to-control automation system. Models from 2 - 6 In - Out.
Diameters available: 0 - 50 - 60 - 70 - 80 - 90 mm.



TLC – Manual Manifold

Overview

In a centralized conveying system, the manifold plates assign the different materials to the processing machines, so that the same material can be shared by several users.
FRAMES OF MANUAL STATION
Manual sorting stations for conveying systems. The modular frames permit extension of the system. The stainless steel outlet connections are provided with quickfit pipe coupling. Stations are also available with decoding control.



One Wire System

Overview

Very reliable, thanks to the success of over then 5000 installations, ONE WIRE server grows and becomes TOUCH. The user interface becomes simpler thanks to a 10” colored touch screen display. With this fitting the object oriented programming is very useful. Compatible with the ONE WIRE 2 version, it can be applied later on. ONE WIRE TOUCH keeps the MASTER 200, and in this way keeps the possibility to connect it self to every network CLIENT.

Kruisekontrol – Automatic Speed Control

Overview

Vacuum transport is not a simple process as it may seem. Different types of granule have different characteristics that influence the transportation phase. These differences influence the transport phase and each type of granule have a completely different behaviour. All these aspects have been taken into account in the development of KruiseKontrol, an innovative systems realized by Moretto that can optimize the transport parameters.
The user indicates the type of material to be transported and the number of the machine to be fed, and KruiseKontrol creates the most suitable set of transport parameters for each polymer. It is capable of controlling the velocity best suited to each material, without damaging it and controlling the speed inside the pipes. The result is the total elimination of powder formation and the complete elimination of the “angel hair” phenomenon. A touch-screen control makes this operation very simple.
