Vertical Mixers - M

Overview

A range of vertical mixers specially designed for mixing plastic materials. Developed as a product range of 12 different models for filling capacities varying from 200 to 20,000 dm3. On request, the machine can also be supplied in stainless steel for particularly stringent requirements. The vertical mixers are suitable for mixing of plastic granules with other products such as masterbatch, additives or reground materials to create a homogeneous blend.
These mixers have a particularly robust construction with large doors and they can be quickly and easily cleaned, since they have no internal joints and are not obstructed by intermediate spaces. These vertical mixers are constructed in compliance with EC industrial safety regulations.

CS Storage Bins

Overview

The CS series storage bins are usefully designed for storage, conveying and handling of plastics materials. Available in five standard sizes from 40 to 670 dm3, made entirely of stainless steel, with a lid and withdrawal sensor, they maintain the granule in a suitable environment, protected from ambient contamination such as electrostatic dust, guaranteeing high quality pro-cessing. Intelligent use of these bins alongside injection moulding machines offers a valid alternative to the use of central feeding systems.

CS 1250 Master Storage Trolley
Overview

Support frame with stainless steel hopper for the storage of masterbatch in granule. The modular system is composed by 12 hoppers of a capacity of 50 dm3 each. The hopper are all removable to permit the cleaning operation in a easy way. They are equipped with Antiblock manual discharge slide gate valve and hinged lid.

Storage Bins for Powder and Flakes - CSP
Overview

Storage bins produced for materials difficult to be treated like powder or scales of regrind and/or thermoforming. Equipped with a big door on the top, it is easily accessible for the cleaning operations. It has been designed to be combined with feeding, dosing and transport systems and for the plastic material handling.

SS Storage Silos

Overview

Moretto offers a range of SS silos with capacities from 1,700 to 15,000 dm3, which can solve any installation problem, whenever a battery of silos cannot be installed outside. They have a sturdy structure and are installed on a supporting frame.
They can be equipped with verticalladders and mezzanine walking areas. If installed in the component warehouse, the SS series affords ideal storage, thus allowing substantial space to be recovered. They are equipped for receiving Moretto containers for vacuumloading or thrust loading and level indicators.

SBB Big-bag Discharger / Baggy Big Bags Unloader

Overview

Baggy is suitable for the use on the machine side. It has been studied to allow the big bag discharger by gravity. The structure is made with a modular concept and allows to use different sizes of big bags, totally safely, the bag discharger is made without additional costs.

SBB Big Bags Unloader
Overview

The big-bags are largely used for the commerce of plastics in granule, powder or scales, but they are not standard packaging as regards capacity and dimensions. The equipment for the treatment of the big-bags must be adaptable according to the situation.
The SBB 15 can contains bags from 1,000 up to 1,500 kg. On these machines, poorly flowing materials such as regrind and/or scales can be treated through the application of bridge-break devices, shakers, pulsed suction probes. Electrical hoisters up to 1,500 kg can be applied. It is a complete machine, for every need.

RBB Big-bag Filler

Overview

This equipment has been realized to load big-bags coming from regrind and pelletizing units. The big-bag is tensioned and balanced by braces and then inflated to enhance its loading. An expanding and locking device is applied on the neck of the big-bag in order to avoid dust release in the ambient.
The modular construction allows to load different sizes of big-bags: 500 - 800 - 1,000 up to 2,000 kg of capacity. Several applications are available for loading as hoppers, slide gates, level sensors, and weighing systems.



Octabin Discharger / Oktomatik – Octabins Unloader

Overview

The new OKTOMATIK octabin unloader developed by Moretto provides for a complete discharge of the octagonal carton with a final inclination of up to 55°. The movement is exclusively electric and managed in fully safety. The system is equipped with a cylindrical stainless steel tank with suction valve for the granule drawing.
It can treat octabins up to 1000 kg with a minimum height of 1500 up to 2000 mm. The machine is noiseless, reliable, efficacious and can treat up to 12 octabins per hour. The cycle is completely automatic. The mechanism is fully electric and maintenance free.

Oktopet – Octabins Unloader
Overview

The preforms are stored in octabins to be put in the warehouse waiting for the blow molding process. Then the octabins are moved close to the blow molding machine for the last phase of the process. OKTOPET has been designed for the octabins discharge on the buffer of the blow molding machine. OKTOPET makes this operation in safety, automatically and using only electric energy.

Oktobag Octabins – Big Bags Unloader
Overview

OKTOBAG is an innovative machine, unique, dedicated to the unloading of octabins and big bags automatically. OKTOBAG treats octabins with a maximum height of 2000 mm. It hooks the bag through four pliers working by gravity and keeps the bag tightened. In this way the granule is brought to the middle of the bag where a probe will suck the material.

LIFTER – Bags Manipulator

Overview

Lifter has been developed for the handling of plastic material in granule. By means of a vacuum unit, it is calibrated on the weight to be lifted. In this way, the flotation point can be adjustable, making the handling easy for the operator.
The device is safe, ergonomic and, thanks to its flexibility, it guarantees higher productivity for the bags handling.

CLK – Thrust Loading Groups
Overview

The pressurised loading units are suitable for loading small internal and large external silos and can handle large granulate quantities very rapidly. These loading units can handle bags, Big-bags and Octabins. They have a throughput capability of up to 40,000 kg/h and are provided with a device to adapt throughput to specific requirements.

CLD – Thrust Loading Groups
Overview

The CLD series is dedicated to the transport of big quantities of plastic granules by thrust. It is suitable for the discharge of big-bags, tank truck or tank wagon and it is able to transport up to 40 tons of plastic granule per hour.
It is equipped with a particular compressor and can work up to 2 bar of pressure. The synchronism pumprotary valve is guaranteed by a suitable device that avoids possible obstructions. The sack breaker tank has three open side in order to make the operations easy.
