RA BIG is a Fully Automatic Rotary Arm Pallet Stretch Wrapping Machine (available in 6 different sizes).
The RA BIG is suitable for pallet dimensions higher than 2000 mm x 2000 mm.
The machine, suitable for medium to high output rates, has been designed for unstable loads and can be installed at the end of any automated production line or as stand-alone unit, with integrated in-feed and out-feed conveyors. Thanks to this combination, the end user will be able to obtain a compact and high quality pallet packaging. The clarity of touchscreen control unit ensures flexibility and high functionality: easy set-up, fault-finding and manual control of any part of the machine. The RA BIG machine is in compliance with all european standards and is CE certified.
Key Features
- State-of-the-art power pre-stretch unit which combines fixed pre-stretch options up to 300% with precise lay-on force control.
- The machine can be equipped with a film seaming unit and various other options. Safety is provided by mechanical guarding with one interlocked door and light guards on the in-feed and out-feed areas.
- The machine parameters are simply set by the operator by entering the required pallets per hour and film overlap.
