Kastor GRK Granulator
Overview
Kastor is a low speed granulator suitable for grinding technical materials. Due to the reversible mechanism, it can treat sprues or molded pieces and in particular:
• Materials containing fibreglass
• Vitreous materials
• Materials containing mineral fibres
• Technical materials
A range of versions suitable for many different needs and applications. The hopper can be filled and the rotor reversible device allows the machine to be freed in the event of jamming thanks to the automatic autoreverse device. Due to the low rotation speeds, the noise level is reduced and the regrind is regular and without powder. Wear is also very limited.
GR Uni and Multiblade Series
Overview
Granulation at the side of the machine is a common practice. GR, with its high grinding capacity and noise level in compliance with legal limits, is ideal for this type of application. The GR series granulators are designed, built and assembled in-house and meet high quality standards which are certainly not found in low cost products.
The GR series grinders are designed to grind sprues and plastic waste pieces. They feature a compact sturdy structure and are suitable for installation in the production area due to their very low noise level. Additional features such as “swallow-up” grinding chamber, reversible hopper and inclined blades widen their field of application.

Overview
The grinding chamber is the heart of the machine, the design is linear without any roughness and the cutting angle is very high. The “swallow-up” cutting chamber can handle hollow and bulky items such as bottles and Parison scraps.
The inclined blades provide a scissor-effect cut, increasing efficiency with a dust-free regrind material. The safety screen is purposely built and all the holes are flared by hand to ensure optimal discharge. The rotor revolution speed regulation device also helps to ensure a regular powder-free regrind material.
RD Roto Dust Separator
Overview
The Roto Dust separator has been designed specifically for automatic treatment of regrind material from sprues or production waste. It can be installed directly on the machine and consists of an aluminium body which introduces the regrind material into a rotary basket where it is sifted and cleaned with a counterflow, taking air from a closed circuit. The aluminium body and completely nontoxic construction material make this dust separator ideal for the medical and food sectors.
GR ECO Series Granulator / MACHINES FOR GRINDING DEPARTMENT.
Overview
The ECO range differs from the GR and Variant series due to its integral sound-proofing. These machines, with a large grinding capacity, are built to withstand heavy-duty applications and are ideal for use in waste recovery departments. Three and five blade rotors with scissoreffect cut are standard equipment in the ECO series.
