Weaver Center Drive Reclaimers are field proven in single and twin screw designs up to 50 feet (15.2 meters) for a variety of different materials.
The Series 1000 Center Drive Reclaimers are the work horse of the Weaver Reclaimers product line. Available in single screw and twin screw designs; they can operate successfully in flat bottom storage tanks and silos up to 50 feet (15.2 meters) in diameter. The industrial-grade motors drive the auger from the center while the augers slowly sweep around the silo. The auger draws the material into the center unit where it transfers the material down through a hopper to the out feed conveyor. Designed to meet Zero Entry requirements for maintenance the reclaimer’s center drive units are located below grade for ease of maintenance and service without emptying the silo.
CST’s dedicated engineering team creates each reclaimer from Richard Weaver’s field-tested designs to meet the reclaim performance rates required for each specific application. Complete electrical packages are available including optional variable frequency drives (VFD), or reclaimers can be provided with motors-only for integration by others.

Series 1000 Weaver Ring Drive Reclaimers are designed for large diameter flat bottom silos. The industrial-grade motors drive the auger around the silo from the out ring. The auger draws the material into the center unit where it transfers the material down through a hopper to the out feed conveyor. Designed to meet Zero Entry requirements for maintenance the reclaimer’s ring and center drive units are located below grade for ease of maintenance and service without emptying the silo. This includes lubrication of sealed double-tapered roller bearings on each end of the sweep auger which can be lubricated from the control room. |
Standard designs are available for silos up to 100 feet in diameter. Each reclaimer unit is generated by CST’s dedicated engineering team working from Richard Weaver’s field-tested designs to meet the reclaim performance rates required for each specific application. Weaver Conical Hopper Reclaimer systems help eliminate silo bridging while helping meter material efficiently from the hopper.
Standard Series 600 Weaver Conical Hopper Reclaimers are designed for 45 or 60 degree hoppers. Custom designs are also available for other hopper angles. Each reclaimer unit is generated by CST’s dedicated engineering team working from Richard Weaver’s field-tested designs to meet the reclaim performance rates required for each specific application. Who understands hopper design and material flow better than one of the only companies that manufactures reclaimers, silos and unloaders? - CST. While Weaver Conical Hopper Reclaimers are available for integration with CST Silos, Concrete storage silos and welded storage silos, CST fully understands the importance of hopper design and integration with the silo and the reclaimer. That’s why CST also designs custom hoppers. Since 1962 Weaver Reclaimer Systems have been successfully installed to convey even the toughest materials from the hopper bottoms of storage silos.
