HE-Hot Air Dryers

Overview

The EH series hot air dryers have been specifically designed to treat non-hygroscopic thermoplastic granules. Temperature is electronically controlled by pulse train with a solid state relay. The VIEWER system ensures easy control and a special on-hopper configuration makes them very compact machines.
The low voltage electrical system complies with EC regulations. The units can be installed on the machine (ON version) or adjacent (SIDE version). 12 generators and 19 hopper sizes are available to meet all drying requirements.

X Dry Air Series-Mini Dryers / Mini Dryers

Overview

All these versions can be available also in Mirror version, which has been specifically introduced for Medical sector, Foods, Optical Disc, Lens, etc. Thanks to their compact size, DRY AIR units can be directly installed on the processing machine. Operation is guaranteed also using circuit compressed air even if a previous drying treatment has not been carried out. Constant high efficiency level with Dew Point up to -55°C.

XD 0 X – XD 1 X Mini Dryer X Dry Air
Overview

The minidryer improves its performance adopting the innovative OTX technology. Four models with pyrex hopper are available for the treatment of technical polymers with low throughput. The Dew point is -70°C. The compact version is supplied with a double display: the first one with touch interface for programming, the second one dedicated to the operator. The USB and serial ports complete the equipment. All the models can be developed in Mirror version for the use in fields like medical and optical. The operating is guaranteed by compressed air, without preventive hot-air drying treatment.

Dryers SX 200 Series

Overview

The technology used for this series of dryers is based on the X DRYER: this means high performance with efficiency up to -70°C Dew Point. The special thermodynamic design uses zeolite with low energy consumption and high throughput efficiency. A powerful microprocessor controls the SINCRO range.
The SX dryers use solid state relays for the process and the regeneration with adjustable PID temperature control, they do not use compressed air or cooling water. Master 200 completes the equipment and simplifies the user interface.

Dryers SX 600 Series

Overview

This series of dryers distinguishes itself by its features: double tower using zeolite and double fan pumps, one for producing process air and the other for regeneration of the saturated absorption tower. The SINCRO control system and full energy recovery from regeneration provide this equipment with 50%÷60% reduction in running costs. The Master 200 system completes the range of equipment of this machine, offering a simple and user-friendly interface. SINCRO 600 does not use compressed air.

X Dryers XD 20 Series

Overview

An innovative, unique and exclusive flexible dehumidifying system for engineering plastics. Innovative because it is not the dryer that dehumidifies the polymers, but the polymers that give the dryer all the inputs for dehumidification. Unique because the system is not based on the traditional material/temperature relationship, but requires only two parameters to be set: type of material to be treated and hourly material throughput.
The ANTISTRESS system protects the polymers from excessive residence time and/or overheating during the drying process, at the same time providing considerable energy savings. This is an exclusive feature, because the X DRYER optimises all process variables and can show savings of up to 72% compared to conventional drying systems.

X Dryers XD 600 Series

Overview

The XD 600 Series is the highest state-of-the-art dehumidifying line of the entire range, combining all the characteristics and the performance of the SINCRO 600 series with a very innovative user interface equipped with a highly intuitive touch-screen panel. The machine operating status is shown in real time on the screen and all the parameters are available in graphical form.
An online HELP service provides a useful support for the operator. Among the standard equipment features are dew point control and a weekly timer. The user can set the required language on the control panel.

OTX Spyro Hopper

Overview

The new OTX hopper presents the exclusive geometry which solves the non-uniform falling flow problems of the granule and permits to get a more uniform ppm moisture in less time.
The series 30 and 40 are available for small and medium productions. The OTX hoppers have the particular SPYRO finishing, an exclusive shockproof covering that makes the hopper indestructible. Inside back filter, viewer and enlarged door are standard devices which make the hopper further efficient.

Flowmatik-Automatic Airflow Management

Overview

With split heating, it is possible to incorporate the FLOWMATIK UNI device, as a means of measuring the airflow entering the hopper. FLOWMATIK UNI interfaces with the X DRYER, automatically synchronising the exact quantities of air to be supplied equally well as manually, thus obtaining perfect treatment.



X MAX-Modular Dryer

Overview

X MAX has been developed in modular design for the realization of large systems. With the coupling of the modules, it is possible to realize systems up to 20.000 m3/h. The X Technology increases the per-formance of X MAX reducing the energy consump-tion to a minimum. Each unit includes a process blower, a tower of zeolite an the Dew Point Control device. A local PLC with a color touch screen display guarantees a simple and intuitive interface. The X MAX units can be assembled with a minimum of 3 units and a maximum of 10 units. The regeneration of each unit is realized through rotation: while one unit is in regeneration, the other units are in process simultaneously. The units in process are synchronized, generating steady performances. MPK PET Crystallizer

Overview

New Crystallizer realized to guarantee the maximum reliability in the crystallizing process, sturdiness, easy maintenance and parts inspection. Equipped with PLC control, touch-screen panel and innovative opening system of the hopper. Particularly strong agitating shaft, equipped with interchangeable blades and bridge break device.
The motor is connected to the shaft by a epicyclic reduction and coupling joint. The strong shaft is center lined into the hopper in order to avoid any misalignment. The Crystallizer is equipped with powder remover as standard in the exhaust air circuit and it complies with the last regulations of the CE directives.
